Tolu Mejolagbe
Tolu is a licensed mental health professional in Texas and Washington with over a
decade of experience supporting marginalized communities. Her practice is grounded in cultural humility, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on serving women of color and first- and second-generation Americans. Through her work, Tolu helps clients heal from cultural stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout while untangling harmful cultural narratives that inhibit full self-expression.
Tolu is the founder of Re-member Counseling, a therapy practice dedicated to
supporting BIPOC individuals on their journey to feeling safe in their bodies. The
practice is known for integrating nervous system regulation, practical somatic tools, and culturally responsive trauma recovery. Re-member Counseling empowers BIPOC clients to live authentically and reclaim a sense of wholeness through decolonized approaches to healing.
